The India vs Afghanistan clash on Tuesday turned disappointing for fans from both the sides after the match ended in a tie. One such disappointed fan was a young Indian boy who was caught on camera crying as his father tried consoling him.
More than the match, it was the boy's crying photo that caught netizens' attention. Harbhajan Singh, who is on commentary duties, tweeted the photo with a caption assuring the boy of India's victory in the finals.
Reportedly, even Afghanistan players, including Rashid Khan and Mohammad Shahzad took their time to console the little boy and took photos with him. Indian pacer Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, who was rested for the match, called up the boy personally and spoke to him.
