Home > News Shots > SportsThree days after all the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchises made the schedule for the 2020 edition social, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) officially announced the schedule for the same today.
The much awaited tournament is all set to begin on March 29 where defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) and the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will lock horns at the Wankhede Stadium.
For the first time in IPL history, this season will comprise only 6 afternoon games and the tournament will span for a duration of 57 days. Meanwhile, the final is set to be played on May 24.
Among all the IPL franchises, the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) was the first to unveil their schedule for the 13th season after which CSK, RCB, KKR followed suit. Below is the complete fixtures for the league stage of the VIVO IPL 2020:
