The right-arm spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has turned left arm during the practice session ahead of the Pink ball test in Kolkata. Earlier, a poor quality video of him bowling left-handed spin circulated on internet and Ashwin has put an end to it in his own style by uploading a good quality video.

"Alright people !! Let’s put an end to this fun you are all having with a poor quality video being circulated on the social media. Here is a good one," (sic) tweeted Ashwin via his Twitter account.

In the video, Ashwin could be seen bowling a seamless left-arm spin delivery and it remains to be unsure if he would switch his bowling preference or it was meant for his fun practice session. As far the IPL front is concerned, he was traded to Delhi Capitals by Kings XI Punjab ahead of IPL 2020 auction.

With Ashwin pacing up his performance, the video of him bowling left-handed delivery has perked up the fans. The video has gone viral and a lot of fans including celebrity cricketers replied to the video. One such reply came from former Sri Lankan cricketer Russel Arnold who asked "Dei Ash ... Day/Night Testla parka mutiyuma?," ( Hey Ash, can we see it in Day/Night Test?).
