Ashwin returns to 2nd spot in ICC Test rankings for bowlers

Indian off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin moved back to the second spot, going past Sri Lanka’s Rangana Herath in the ICC Test rankings for bowlers. Meanwhile, Indian spinner Ravindra Jadeja retained the top spot in the rankings. In the ICC Test rankings for batsmen, Australian skipper Steve Smith held the top spot, while English skipper Joe Root, Kiwi’s skipper Kane Williamson, Indian batsman Cheteshwar Pujara and Indian skipper Virat Kohli completed the top 5 spots respectively.
