The Indian Premier League (IPL) auction is near and fans are already excited for the big day. Among all the team, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is one such team where it has earned the reputation of being the most loved and consistent team.
The world feels that the biggest reason behind the success of CSK is the cool captain MSD and the super cool team. Below are three players that the team can target in the IPL 2020 auction:
- Pat Cummins: Australian Bowler Pat Cummins has been performing well in the past few years. He has not been on the field for quite sometime but is one of the best bowlers in the world at present.
- Jaydev Unadkat: CSK has a huge interest in him since 2018. They even showed the interest in Unadkat when they bid up to INR 10.5 crore (2018) and INR 5.8 crore (2019) before Rajasthan Royals came up with the winning bids of INR 11.50 crore and INR 8.4 crore respectively.
With his current price, Unadkat’s is unlikely to cross Rs 5 crore-mark for which the franchises is again expected to make a bid for him.
- Aaron Finch: Australian cricketer has scored nearly 1900 runs in 58 matches with an impressive performance. Considering, CSK’s need of the hour Finch may be the perfect alternative as the backup opener.
