According to reports, the South Korean government is reportedly funding restaurants and food labs in a bid to comfort its citizens with the idea of eating insects. Restaurants are reportedly trying to make food with insects look presentable by incorporating them into regular food. Interestingly, South Korea wants to expand its insect industry, worth 304 billion won in 2015 to 530 billion won by 2020.
