According to Registrar of Companies filings, Jasper Infotech, parent company of Snapdeal, has reportedly invested Rs 390 crore in digital wallet company FreeCharge. The investment comes after a special resolution passed in December, where FreeCharge, which was acquired by Snapdeal in 2015, increased its authorised share capital from Rs 6 crore to Rs 1,006 crore.
