A Bangladeshi national, who was rescued from the brothel, has reportedly tweeted a handwritten letter to PM Modi seeking help to convert the Rs 10,000 she had saved in the old denominations to new ones. The woman was brought to India on the pretext of job, but sold to a Nepali woman, she wrote. She was rescued in December 2015 with the aid of the Rescue Foundation, after a year-and-a-half of this torture.
