The Supreme Court on Wednesday reportedly allowed the Central Bureau of Investigation to restore the criminal conspiracy charge against Bharatiya Janata Party leaders LK Advani, Uma Bharti, Murli Manohar Joshi. The court also ordered a joint trial of two separate cases against Advani, Joshi, Uma Bharti and unknown 'karsevaks' in Lucknow.
