Police have reportedly imposed section 144 in the surrounding areas of Parappana Agrahara central prison in Bengaluru. According to reports, the move comes after Sasikala left for the city to surrender before the trial court. Notably, the Supreme Court had earlier convicted Sasikala and her relatives in the disproportionate assets case.
