Prime Minster Narendra Modi and the Supreme Court Chief Justice JS Kehar has reportedly launched a scheme for complete digitalisation in all courts on Wednesday. According to reports, This scheme will in its firs phase promises paperless filing of appeals from July 3. Notably, the idea of digitalisation came after Union Law Minster Ravi Shankar Prasad sanctioned Rs 2,130 crore for the e-court mission mode project for 2016-17.
