The Supreme Court on Tuesday has reportedly ruled that Manohar Parrikar can take oath as the Chief Minister of Goa on Tuesday. However, the apex court added that Parrikar should prove his majority after taking trust vote in the Assembly on Thursday. Governor Mridula Sinha invited BJP to form government in the state despite winning fewer seats in the elections.
