The Supreme Court on Monday reportedly created a medical board to examine the mental health of Calcutta HC judge C S Karnan. The apex court also ordered the West Bengal DGP to set up a team to assist the medical board in examining Justice CS Karnan. According to reports, the medical examining is scheduled to happen on May 4. Notably, C S Karnan is facing contempt proceedings.
