The Supreme Court on Monday has reportedly asked the Delhi and District Cricket Association to give an undertaking to a new cricket body, adding the new body would follow and implement Lodha committee recommendations.  Then only the funds would be released to it for the day to day functioning of the Delhi cricket board, the apex court reportedly added.
