Saudi Arabia's plan to introduce a 'dependent fee' for expats from July 1 has reportedly weighed heavy on Indians living abroad. Saudi has decided to tax 100 riyals (approx. Rs 1,700) per month for each dependent living with the expats. With 41 Lakh population, Indians form the largest expat group in Saudi Arabia.
