According to reports, AIADMK general secretary V K Sasikala, in a statement issued on Saturday has claimed credit to Jallikattu ordinance. She reportedly said she made the AIADMK-led government fight for this cause adding, “I sent the MPs of AIADMK to meet the Indian Prime Minister and Home Minister in person…” she also reportedly urged the students “to realise their responsibilities with respect to their studies and other duties, and to immediately give up the protest.”
