Sasikala may reportedly continue as the general secretary of AIADMK party during her imprisonment. According to reports, Sasikala is also expected to appoint someone from her relatives to party’s top post. Notably, Sasikala, Ilavarasi and Sudhakaran were earlier convicted by the Supreme Court in the disproportionate assets case.
