Economist and former Managing Director of Deutsche Bank Sanjeev Sanyal has reportedly been appointed as the Principal Economic Adviser in the Finance Ministry. According to reports, Sanyal has been appointed for three years. Notably, he is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce in Delhi and St. John's College in Oxford.
