According to reports, Samsung plans to sell refurbished Galaxy Note 7 devices, which were recalled globally over exploding batteries, in India and Vietnam. Reportedly, the smartphones will have new cases and smaller batteries. Samsung recently said that the fires and explosions had been caused due to two different battery flaws.
