Chief authorities of Samsung released a report regarding the explosion of Galaxy Note 7 and revealed that deflections in the negative electrode and internal short circuit are the two main reasons for the malfunction. Samsung also announced that they have implemented an 8-point safety battery check to avoid such issues in the future.
