According to reports, people took photos and filmed him in the mobile phones after Anwar Ali, an 18-year-old teen, was hit and run over by a state-run bus in Koppal, Karnataka. Reportedly, Ali cried for help for 25 minutes and no one helped. Later, he was rushed to a hospital and there he died. “If someone had cared, my brother could have been saved. More than 15 to 20 minutes were wasted there,” his brother Riaz reportedly said.
