According to a report by India Today, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, While addressing the State Legislative Assembly on Tuesday, claimed that the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh assassinated Mahatma Gandhi. Vijayan accused the RSS leadership of training its cadre to organise, conduct attacks and kill during its drill exercise in the state. Meanwhile, the BJP unit in Kerala has reportedly given a 48-hour deadline to Vijayan to apologise for his comments, failing which they threatened to take legal action.
