Union Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Thaawarchand Gehlot on Thursday reportedly informed that an amount of Rs 490 crore has been allotted for the National Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Hub from 2016-17 to 2018-20. He reportedly said the hub has started various activities across the country, including in Punjab. Notably, the hub provides professional support to SC and ST entrepreneurs to adopt applicable business practices.
