Economic Affairs Secretary Shaktikanta Das has reportedly said that remonetisation is nearing completion in less than 90 days of the note ban move as there are no other restrictions on withdrawals except the Rs 24,000 per week cap on saving accounts. Das also added that the restrictions on savings bank account would also be removed soon.
