Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has reportedly invited criticism from opposition parties and ex-servicemen as he said, “Martyrs are only those who lay down their lives in battle at the border, not ex-servicemen who commit suicide,” referring to the death suicide of Ram Kishan Grewal. Khattar also claimed Grewal had committed suicide because of personal reasons.
