Union Railways Minister Suresh Prabhu on Sunday flagged off the Gandhi Darshan tourist train, being run to commemorate 100 years of Sabarmati Ashram. Reportedly, the train, which starts from Ahmedabad, has a fare of Rs 8,720 and covers destinations like Gaya, Varanasi, and Surat, which are connected with India's freedom struggle and Mahatma Gandhi. Notably, the train will be on an exclusive tour for ten days.
