A cross-border rail link will be reportedly built from Nepal to China in the cost price of $8 billion. According to reports, the 550 km railway link will connect Nepal capital with the western part of Tibet region. This statement from comes after China last year agreed to build a railway into Nepal and to start a feasibility study for a free trade agreement with impoverished, landlocked Nepal.
