Union Minister and Shiromani Akali Dal leader, Harsimrat Kaur Badal on Monday claimed that  Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi himself was in inebriated state and that's why he felt that over 70% people in Punjab are intoxicated. Kaur, who reacted to Navjot Singh Sidhu joining Congress, said, "Congratulations to Sidhu saab who calls it gharwapasi to go to a party that wrecked a genocide on the Sikh community.”
