Indian shuttler and Olympics Silver medallist PV Sindhu has advanced to the quarterfinals round of Singapore Open Super Series on Thursday. Sindhu won 9-21, 21-17, 21-8 against Fitriani of Indonesia in the second round of the tournament. Notably, Sindhu will face her Rio Olympics finals opponent Carolina Marin of Spain in the quarters.
