Police have reportedly arrested around 300 protesters in Coimbatore. According to reports, Coimbatore City Police Commissioner Amalraj held talks with the protesters at the VOC Park Ground in the city, but they refused to withdraw the protests. Notably, people continue their protests in Chennai and Madurai.
