President Pranab Mukherjee on Friday reportedly praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Speaking at the India Today Conclave in Mumbai, President called Modi a "quick learner despite having no experience at the national level". The president also praised former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in the same speech.
