England’s all-time leading wicket-taker in Tests, James Anderson, has revealed that former Australian skipper Ricky Ponting and South African batsman Hashim Amla are the best batsmen he had bowled to in his career. Speaking to the Sky Sports, Anderson said, “ I’d put Ponting right up there, especially in Australian conditions. He hits you off your length and makes it tough for you to settle as a bowler. Now, Hashim Amla is right up there too. He is very difficult to bowl at, especially in Test cricket.”
