JS Khehar, the Chief Justice of India on Saturday asserted that all political parties would be held accountable for unfulfilled electoral promises. Speaking at a seminar on Economic Reforms concerning Electoral Issues, Khehar added, "Nowadays, manifestos have become a mere piece of paper, for this political parties have to be made accountable."
