Police personnel seized a sum of Rs.14,000 from the prison cell of S Madhan (Vendhar Movies) during a surprise inspection. The money was reportedly concealed under Madhan's bedsheet. Madhan is currently lodged in the Puzhal Central Prison in connection with a medical seat scam. Police are probing on how Madhan got the currency notes.
