After Rasila Raju, an Infosys techie at Pune was murdered by a guard while on campus, the police on Wednesday started issuing safety guidelines to all IT companies in Pune to prevent similar incidents, say reports. The police reportedly said round-the-clock CCTV footage monitoring, deployment of female security guards and giving day shifts to women employees are part of the guidelines.
