RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav on Tuesday called PM Narendra Modi a dictator wanting to split India into parts. "Prime Minister of the country should not be speaking in a manner which belittles his stature," said Yadav. Further, he said, "Modi should rise above party politics. He should talk about development and not destruction.”
