Following his meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, PM Narendra Modi on Monday offered Turkish companies to invest in sectors such as railways, airports, ports, automobile, energy, housing, and tourism. Further, Modi said, “We have planned to build 50 million houses by 2022. For this purpose, we have repeatedly refined our FDI policy in the construction sector. We are also planning metro rail projects in 50 cities and high-speed trains in various national corridors.”
