According to reports, a PIL plea was filed against the swearing in ceremony of VK Sasikala Natarajan as Tamil Nadu’s Chief Minister in Supreme Court on Monday. This comes after reports surfaced that Sasikala is set to be sworn in as CM early on Tuesday. The plea was filed by Senthil Kumar, a Chennai resident, just hours after Supreme Court revealed that it might deliver its judgment in the 19-year-old disproportionate assets case on Jayalalithaa and Sasikala.
