Former Indian captain and the Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) member Sourav Ganguly said that they picked the best person after consulting the Indian captain Virat Kohli. “We picked the best Indian we thought. In consultation with Virat, we picked the best person,” Ganguly said. Asked about the reported difference of opinion among the Committee members, Ganguly said, “No, no. It was unanimous”.
