Petrol and diesel prices were reduced on Tuesday, the 15th Dec. by 50 paise and 46 paise a litre respectivey following a dip in global oil prices. As per this, in Chennai, a litre of petrol would cost Rs 60.28 while diesel would be Rs 47.28. This is the 2nd revision this month.
