According to reports, e-commerce giant Paytm has signed a non-exclusive term agreement to own the Snapdeal’s payment platform FreeCharge. The non-exclusive term agreement has a benefit that Sanpdeal could also propose to sell FreeCharge to other potential buyers. Notably, the Paytm-FreeCharge deal could be finalised at $45 million to $90 million, which is 80% less than Snapdeal acquired it.
