Reports suggest that either passport or Aadhaar will be made mandatory to fly even within India. Aviation ministry is looking to put four levels of offences with different grounding periods, graded in terms of seriousness, in its proposed no-fly list, ministry sources reportedly said. According to reports, the draft civil aviation requirement will be put out for public discussion, giving people 30 days to give their suggestions.
