Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O Panneerselvam has reportedly written a letter to PM Narendra Modi on the Jallikattu issue. In his letter, the CM has reportedly urged him to consider promulgating an ordinance in favour of conducting Jallikattu so that the spectacular bull taming sport can be held on Pongal.
