A day after a delegation of V K Sasikala camp submitted a memorandum to the Election Commission requesting “not to entertain” the dissenting cadres, the O Panneerselvam camp on Friday submitted a petition to EC requesting allotment of the twin-leaf for the upcoming R K Nagar bypoll. The EC has sought supporting documents before March 20, sources reportedly said.
