Following the tensions between India and Pakistan after Indian Army’s surgical strikes along the LoC, The theatre owners in Pakistan have reportedly decided to withdraw and ban screen Indian movies. However, no official directive has yet been issued by the Pakistani government in this regard. The move came after the Indian Motion Picture Producers’ Association announced that it was imposing a ban on all Pakistani artistes working in India.
