The Pakistan Marine Security Bureau has detained 18 Indian fishers and caught three boats near the International Maritime Border Line off the Gujarat coast, an official reportedly said on Sunday. This is the first such incident in April while 231 Indian fishermen were detained and 40 boats seized by Pakistan officials in March, the official added.
