According to reports, actors Ridley Scott, Keira Knightley sought permission to hold a screening of Iranian filmmaker Asghar Farhadi's directorial and Oscar-nominated film 'The Salesman' in London on the same night of Oscar awards. The screening is reportedly touted to be an act of protest against Trump's immigration ban. Notably, Farhadi won't be allowed to enter the US to attend the Oscars following the ban.
