Following the floor test inside TN State Assembly, former CM O Panneerselvam in a press conference asserted that the vote of confidence was conducted in a non-democratic manner and doubted its validity. Panneerselvam added that DMK lawmakers made constant requests to hold a secret ballot, but were thrown out by the speaker. “Once we go back to our constituencies will get to know the truth, the voters have been betrayed by MLAs,” he added.
