Tamil Nadu Finance Minister D Jayakumar has reportedly said that former CM O Panneerselvam is a bigger actor than Sean Connery, the famous Scottish actor, well-known for his portrayal of James Bond. “You talked about OPS. I would say he is bigger than Sean Connery. Look at us, we are not Oscar-winning actors, we are simple”, Jayakumar said while responding to an opposition MLA who compared the manners in which the budget documents were brought into the House.
