Tamil Nadu CM O Panneerselvam has reportedly announced a compensation of Rs.3 Lakhs to the family members of the 7-year-old girl Hasini on Monday. Hasini was allegedly murdered by Jaswanth, a mechanical engineer who kidnaped the girl for ransom last week. Panneerselvam made the announcement when he visited the secretariat on Monday after a gap due to the ongoing political crisis.
